Warranty restrictions

The warranty is not applicable in the following events:

  • The Product has been damaged either intentionally or through negligence.
  • The recipient of the Warranty has delayed in notifying Nordica UK Ltd of the defects of the Product, and such delay has resulted in the occurrence of more extensive defects of the Product and the costs for compensation thereof are unreasonable compared to the costs which would have been incurred in the case of notification of the defects in the Product in a timely manner.

Notification of defects

Upon occurrence of defects in the Product during the warranty period, the recipient of the Warranty must notify Nordica UK Ltd in writing within 14 days, together with as detailed as possible description of the defect.
