Balcony and French Doors

Evolved from, and complimenting our Combi and Tilt and Turn systems our Balcony and French door range allows the possibility to match window and door profiles throughout a project - creating a unified and harmonious appearance.

This range is available as either a timber or aluminium-clad timber construction.

Overview

Door frames are manufactured from preservative treated laminated Scandinavian slow-grown Redwood. The timber is manufactured from engineered laminated profiles to ensure structural integrity and durability.

Standard door leaf construction utilises engineered laminated timber with insulated composite panels with wood veneer or high durability MDF, depending on design and finish.

Factory finished two-coat paint or stain.

Factory fitted 24mm double-glazing, or 40mm triple-glazing.

Multi-point espagnolette security locking.

Aluminium, or hardwod threshold, depending of specification.

Premium hardwood bespoke entrance doors are also available in a wide range.

Glazing choices

Standard - Double-glazed units 4-18-4mm with soft-coat low-e and Argon gas filling with a centre-pane u-value of 1.1W/m2K. In addition specifying the latest "Warm Edge" spacers' technology for the glazing unit can further reduce the whole window U-value.

Triple-glazed doors are available in the same opening options.

Safety glass can be provided either as toughened; or a laminated glass can be added for enhanced safety and security.

Obscure glass can offered in sandblasted or in a variety of decorative glass for extra privacy.

Other specialist glazed units incorporating solar control, acoustic, and self-cleaning are available.

Glazing bars

Glazing bars are available to match with the Combi and Tilt & Turn window range ensuring an appearance in-keeping with the windows throughout the building.
